RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Damaged Products Policy*

Byrna® launchers, Byrna® Mission 4, Byrna Shields™, Byrna Banshees™, and Byrna launcher accessories and projectiles that are damaged or defective when received will be replaced at no charge to the customer provided that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is requested within ten (10) days of receipt and the product is shipped within five (5) days of the RMA issuance.


*This policy provides for the replacement of goods that arrive damaged or defective upon inspection with new products at no cost to the customer.  Defects or operational issues that arise after this period will be repaired in accordance with our standard limited factory warranty.

*This policy applies to all products purchased after 01/01/22


ATTENTION: The buyer/purchaser has been made aware that some or all items purchased may or may not be available right away and will be ordered as soon as payment has cleared. Due to some items in high demand, these items may take longer to receive.
